1. Academic Advising and Student Support Policy

• Purpose: To ensure every student receives continuous guidance, meaningful performance feedback, and personalized support throughout their academic journey.
• Advising Structure: Upon enrollment, each student is assigned a dedicated Academic Advisor from the core program faculty. Additionally, students receive ongoing structural support from the Student Affairs office (managed by Ms. Orni Drori and Ms. Shaked Sason).
• Progress Monitoring: Student progress, including academic grades and classroom participation, is formally reviewed at the end of each semester. For students entering their second-year practical training, weekly tracking and regular mentor meetings are mandated to monitor fieldwork competencies.
• Academic Intervention: If a student experiences difficulty progressing satisfactorily, the Program Coordinator (Dr. Gabriel Cohen) and the assigned advisor will immediately collaborate with the student to establish a structured academic remediation plan.

2. Student Complaints and Due Process Policy

• Purpose: Gordon Academic College is committed to maintaining a transparent, fair, and respectful learning environment by ensuring all student grievances are handled with strict due process.
• Filing a Complaint: Enrolled students who feel their academic or personal rights have been compromised have the right to file a formal written grievance. Complaints should be submitted directly to the Student Affairs office or via the digital student portal.
• Due Process & Resolution: All submitted complaints are formally investigated by an objective review committee. The program guarantees a formal, recorded resolution response within a designated institutional timeframe, ensuring the student's privacy and right to be heard are fully protected.
• Record Keeping: The Student Affairs department maintains a secure, centralized electronic log of all filed complaints, investigation notes, and official resolutions to ensure institutional accountability.

נהלים רשמיים של התוכנית עבור סטודנטים מן המניין

1. מדיניות ייעוץ אקדמי ותמיכה בסטודנטים

• מטרה: להבטיח שכל סטודנט וסטודנטית יקבלו הכוונה מתמשכת, משוב משמעותי על ביצועיהם ותמיכה אישית לאורך כל דרכם האקדמית.
• מבנה הייעוץ: עם הרשמתם ללימודים, מוקצה לכל סטודנט יועץ אקדמי ייעודי מתוך סגל הליבה של התוכנית. בנוסף, הסטודנטים מקבלים תמיכה שוטפת ומנהלתית ממשרד מדור סטודנטים (בניהולן של גב' אורני דרורי וגב' שקד ששון).
• מעקב אחר התקדמות: התקדמות הסטודנטים, כולל ציונים אקדמיים והשתתפות במפגשי השיעורים, נבחנת באופן רשמי בסיומו של כל סמסטר. עבור סטודנטים הנכנסים לשנת ההתנסות המעשית (פרקטיקום) בשנה השנייה, נקבע מעקב שבועי ומפגשים קבועים עם מנטור השטח לצורך ניטור הכשירות המעשית.
• התערבות אקדמית: במידה וסטודנט נתקל בקושי להתקדם בצורה משביעת רצון, ראש התוכנית (ד"ר גבריאל כהן) והיועץ המקצועי שצוות לו יפעלו יחד בשיתוף פעולה עם הסטודנט לבניית תוכנית ליווי וסיוע אקדמית מובנית.

2. מדיניות טיפול בתלונות סטודנטים והליך הוגן

• מטרה: המכללה האקדמית גורדון מחויבת לשמור על סביבת למידה שקופה, הוגנת ומכבדת, תוך הבטחת הליך הוגן וקפדני בטיפול בכל קובלנה או תלונה של סטודנט.
• הגשת תלונה: לסטודנטים מן המניין אשר חשים כי זכויותיהם האקדמיות או האישיות נפגעו, שמורה הזכות להגיש קובלנה רשמית בכתב. יש להגיש את התלונות ישירות למדור סטודנטים או באמצעות פורטל הסטודנט הדיגיטלי.
• הליך הוגן ופתרון: כל תלונה שתוגש תיבחן ותיחקר באופן רשמי על ידי ועדה מוסדית אובייקטיבית. התוכנית מבטיחה מתן מענה ופתרון רשמי ומתועד בתוך מסגרת הזמן המוגדרת בתקנון המוסד, תוך הגנה מלאה על פרטיותו של הסטודנט וזכותו להישמע.

Program Mission

The Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) program at Gordon Academic College of Education provides high-quality, scientifically rigorous training dedicated to advancing the science, philosophy, and ethical practice of behavior analysis. The program's specific purpose is to develop highly competent, compassionate, autonomous, and culturally responsive behavior analysts equipped to meet local and global community needs. By integrating a deep understanding of basic experimental research (EAB) with evidence-based clinical and educational applications (ABA), the program prepares graduates to systematically analyze behavior, implement effective interventions, and measurably improve the quality of life for individuals and significant others within their immediate environments.

Core Program Objectives

• Conceptual Mastery: Ensure students can define, explain, and contrast the foundational concepts, principles, and philosophical assumptions of radical behaviorism (e.g., determinism, empiricism, selectionism).
• Methodological Competence: Train students to design and implement rigorous single-case experimental designs (SCED), execute precise behavioral measurement, calculate interobserver agreement (IOA), and utilize visual data analysis for clinical decision-making.
• Ethical & Professional Rigor: Instill a strict adherence to international ethical standards, prioritizing client dignity, public safety, social validity, and the selection of the least restrictive, most effective intervention strategies.
• Practical Application & Assessment: Develop skills to conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and functional analyses (FAs) to establish function-based, measurable goals in clinical and educational settings.
• Supervision and Training Competence: Equip students with the supervisory skills needed to design, implement, and evaluate Behavior Skills Training (BST) and performance feedback systems for stakeholders and staff.
• Autonomous Practice & Professional Self-Regulation: Prepare independent, highly autonomous professionals within the new tier model who function as rigorous behavioral problem-solvers. Students are systematically trained in robust self-monitoring, continuous clinical self-critique, and objective self-evaluation across all levels of practice to ensure ongoing professional development and unyielding adherence to procedural data accuracy.

התוכנית לניתוח התנהגות יישומי (ABA) במכללה האקדמית לחינוך גורדון מספקת הכשרה איכותית ומדעית קפדנית, המוקדשת לקידום המדע, הפילוסופיה והפרקטיקה האתית של ניתוח ההתנהגות. מטרתה הספציפית של התוכנית היא להכשיר מנתחי התנהגות בעלי יכולת מקצועית גבוהה, חמלה, עצמאות ורגישות תרבותית, המצוידים בכלים הנדרשים למענה על צורכי הקהילה המקומית והגלובלית. באמצעות שילוב הבנה מעמיקה של מחקר מעבדתי בסיסי (EAB) עם יישומים קליניים וחינוכיים מבוססי ראיות (ABA), התוכנית מכינה את בוגריה לנתח התנהגות באופן סיסטמטי, ליישם התערבויות יעילות ולשפר באופן מדיד את איכות החיים של אנשים וסביבתם הקרובה.

יעדי הליבה של התוכנית

• שליטה מושגית: הבטחת יכולתם של הסטודנטים להגדיר, להסביר ולהשוות בין מושגי היסוד, העקרונות וההנחות הפילוסופיות של הביהביוריזם הרדיקלי (כגון: דטרמיניזם, אמפיריציזם, סלקציוניזם).
• כשירות מתודולוגית הכשרת סטודנטים לתכנון ויישום מערכי מחקר ניסויים קפדניים של מקרה בודד, ביצוע מדידה התנהגותית מדויקת, חישוב התאמה בין צופים ושימוש בניתוח נתונים חזותי לצורך קבלת החלטות קליניות.
• קפדנות אתית ומקצועית: הטמעת ציות קפדני לסטנדרטים אתיים בינלאומיים, תוך מתן עדיפות לכבוד המטופל, בטיחות הציבור, תוקף חברתי ובחירת אסטרטגיות ההתערבות היעילות ביותר והמגבילות פחות.
• יישום פרקטי והערכה: פיתוח מיומנויות לביצוע הערכות תפקודיות מקיפות של התנהגות וניתוחים תפקודיים לצורך קביעת מטרות מדידות מבוססות-תפקוד במסגרות קליניות וחינוכיות.
• כשירות בפיקוח והכשרה: הקניית מיומנויות פיקוח והדרכה הנדרשות לתכנון, יישום והערכה של אימון מיומנויות התנהגותיות ומערכות משוב ביצועים עבור מחזיקי עניין ואנשי צוות.
• פרקטיקה עצמאית וויסות עצמי מקצועי: הכשרת אנשי מקצוע עצמאיים ובעלי אוטונומיה גבוהה במסגרת מודל הנדבכים החדש (Tier Model), המתפקדים כפותרי בעיות התנהגותיות קפדניים. הסטודנטים עוברים הכשרה שיטתית בניטור עצמי חסון, ביקורת קלינית עצמית מתמשכת והערכה עצמית אובייקטיבית בכל רמות העיסוק, על מנת להבטיח פיתוח מקצועי מתמיד ונאמנות בלתי מתפשרת לדיוק הנתונים הפרוצדורליים.
  
  

הלימה עם החזון הגלובלי והמוסדי

חזון התוכנית המובילה משקף ומפעיל באופן ישיר את המחויבות המוסדית של המכללה האקדמית גורדון למנהיגות, השפעה חברתית ומצוינות מונחית מחקר. בעוד המכללה האקדמית גורדון שואפת לטפח מנהיגים חינוכיים המפיצים ידע לשיפור החברה, תוכנית ה-ABA מגשימה זאת באמצעות הכשרת אנשי מקצוע מתמחים המשתמשים במדעי הטבע של ההתנהגות לפתרון בעיות בעלות חשיבות חברתית.

יתרה מכך, חזון התוכנית תואם לחלוטין את חזונה של האגודה הבינלאומית לניתוח התנהגות (ABAI) תוכנית הלימודים מייצרת רצף שלם מעקרונות יסוד ועד לפרקטיקה יישומית, תוך מתן עדיפות לאיסוף נתונים אמפיריים, ניתוח חזותי אובייקטיבי ושכפול של פרוטוקולים התנהגותיים מוכחים, ובכך מבטיחה כי התפוקות החינוכיים מקדמים ישירות את סטנדרטי העבודה הגבוהים ביותר המובלים על ידי קהילת ניתוח ההתנהגות העולמית

תואר ראשון ומעלה.

לפני תחילת לימודים:

על הסטודנטים והסטודנטיות לסיים לומדה מקוונת (לאחר רישום ולפני תחילת הלימודים – להכרת מונחים ושפה מקצועית רלוונטיים ללמידה). 

כל אחת ואחד (דרישות סף: תואר ראשון ממוסד אקדמאי מוכר ע״ המל״ג, ריאיון והשלמת תוכנה).

חשוב – סטודנטים צריכים להיות מועסקים או עתידים להיות מועסקים במסגרת כלשהי בה יש אנשים ושהמסגרת בהסכמה עקרונית לאפשר בתחילת שנה ב׳ ולמשך כל אותה שנה התנסות (פרקטיקום) על מתנהג או קבוצה קטנה של מתנהגים.

התכנית כוללת 546 שעות התנסות מעשית לאורך 39 שבועות (14 שעות שבועיות), המשלבות עבודה יישומית בשטח ופעילויות מקצועיות של מנתח/ת התנהגות, ובנוסף 106 שעות הנחיה ופיקוח מקצועי.

ההתנסות בנויה במסגרת ABAI Tier Model 3a – Supervised Experiential Learning ובהלימה לעקרונות ה־BACB . בכפוף לעמידה בדרישות Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork , 546  שעות ההתנסות מקבלות ערך שקילות של פי 1.33, השווה לכ־726 שעות Supervised Fieldwork רגילות לצורכי חישוב הBACB.
